Fleet Management

The Fleet Management Plan outlines current priorities for:

 

1. new fleet going forward,
2. the management of existing fleet [incomplete at this time], and
3. the retirement of obsolete fleet, or fleet for which the club lacks storage space [incomplete at this time]

The document published below is a first revision.  It was built with input from coaches, committee, and consultation with experienced captains & fleet managers at other clubs.

 

In time, the document will need to be needs to be expanded to include existing fleet management and retirement.

 

It is important to note that the document is intended to be a guide, and is subject to practical constraints.
