  1. I am so sorry to hear of Don’s passing. Don Dudgeon was a wonderful man, an inspiration on the river, a great coach, and a wonderful friend. Don was the first person I met at RRC. He taught me how to scull and row and he became my friend. I remember how he coxed the first RRC women’s 8 for the Head of the Yarra, what a magical day that was. We did not win, we did not place, but we passed other 8s, and we rowed our hearts out! The world needs more men like Don Dudgeon. He will be sorely missed. My thoughts are with you. Go Richmond!
