Club Fundraiser – Chocolate drive

Well done to all those who attended the quiz night this weekend, we are still tallying up the proceeds but it was a very successful evening and a big thanks to all those who made it happen – organisers, auctioneer and bar staff, Justin Thomas, Thalia Marshall, Jim Cooper, Vicki Brennan and Jemma Evans.
For those people still looking to help out with our 2014 fundraising drive we are asking club members to help sell chocolate to colleagues, friends and family. With a profit of $20-$30 on each box a contribution from everyone would significantly help us meet the redevelopment costs.
How it will work

  1. Check this website for the products you would like to sell but do not order them through this site, we will make a group order.

2    Write to Caroline (gingerroline@hotmail.com) who will log your order on our spreadsheet.  Deadline for orders is Saturday March 22nd.
3    You can collect your order on Saturday March 29th (Banks regatta) from the clubhouse or in the following week through me.
4    Everyone selling chocolate is committed to paying the club the full sell price of the whole box.  You will be given a form detailing the amount due to the club.
5    Payment to the club will be via a Trybooking link which you will be sent.
6    The deadline for payment is May 30.
As said these initiatives are critical to the club so we are looking for everyone to help out.
