Seat Fee: $22 Club
Late Entry Fee: $22 per seat (must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org byclub Super user)
Late Scratching Fee: $100 (charged after 2:30pm on the last business dayprior to the regatta)
Non Appearance Fee: $200
Entry fees are payable once entries have closed
Session 1: Events 1 – 34 (heats then finals)* except 2- & 1X see below
Session 2: Events 35 – 66 (heats then finals)
Session 1: Events 67 – 98 (heats then finals)
Session 2: Events 99 – 127 (heats then finals)
As this is a state championship regatta, events with only one entry will be offered as a row-over
Races will be run at 5 minute intervals, please be wary of this when entering double-up events.
Where events have been combined you will still be judged in your event and have every opportunity to win a medal for that event as per the description below.
Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals will be awarded on the following basis:
1 entry – gold only
2 entries – gold only
3 entries – gold and silver only
4+ entries – gold, silver and bronze medals awarded
OPEN / UNDERAGE PAIRS AND SINGLES – time trial Friday afternoon
Heats for the O2-, U232-, U212-, L2- & O1X, U231X, U211X, L1X will be run in time trial format ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON*. Their finals will be conducted at the final time as indicated in the preset order of events. Highest ranked crews from each category will win their respective events.
Exhaustive finals for these events will be conducted to ensure each competitor has a final to determine their position in the event they have entered.
The fastest 1X boats will progress to the A Final, next fastest 1X boats will progress to the B Final. The numbers in each final will depend on number of entries.
